AirSep Corporation, a division of CAIRE Inc., is the world leader in Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) and Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) systems. AirSep oxygen gas generators and systems have been installed globally for more than 39 years and serve multiple applications and industries, including bioremediation, ozone generation, aquaculture, gold leaching, hospitals and medical facilities, and wastewater treatment, among others.

AirSep’s broad product portfolio includes low-pressure plug-and-play, self-contained units like the Topaz and Topaz Ultra; PSA-engineered containerized cylinder refilling plants built around the tried-and-true Alpha Series; and customized, VPSA tonnage plants for high-volume needs such as wastewater treatment.

AirSep’s Alpha Series and SeQual Oxygen Generators produce from 8 to 5,500 cubic feet of oxygen per hour at up to 95% oxygen concentration.

VPSA plants are designed to the specific requirements of installation, with capacities ranging from 2,000 SCFH (52 Nm³/hr) to 120,000 SCFH (3,155 Nm³/hr). AirSep’s high-efficiency, rugged 2-bed VPSA oxygen process design offers extremely low energy consumption, on stream efficiency of 99%, easy operation, and long-term equipment life of 20 years or more.

In addition to oxygen gas generators, AirSep’s N2WAVE Twin Tower and Modular PSA Nitrogen Gas Generators produce nitrogen gas onsite, offering reliable, continuous flow nitrogen for a variety of commercial applications, including modified atmospheric packaging, heat treatment, tank blanketing, selective soldering, and many more. With their proprietary silencers, these gas generators achieve some of the lowest sound levels in the industry. Long-term benefits of the N2WAVE™ Series include the elimination of hidden costs such as rental fees, delivery charges, and environmental surcharges.

The N2WAVE Twin Tower Series generates nitrogen at flows from 19 CFM to 2041 CFM at 95% purity, up to 1.8 CFM to 196 CFM at 99.999% purity, at outlet product pressures up to 124 PSIG.

The N2WAVE Modular Series generates nitrogen at flows from 1.8 CFM to 117.8 CFM at 95% purity, up to 0.2 CFM to 12 CFM at 99.999% purity, at outlet product pressures up to 124 PSIG. Easily installed and operated, the systems feature a small footprint that can be expanded to accommodate future growth. Simply add another modular unit when your flow requirements increase.
